Active kids are healther kids @ KAFKids Action Fitness is committed to providing a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle of fitness and health for kids.  Children and adolescents need at least one hour a day of physical activity. Most of the hour should be either moderate or vigorous aerobic activity. In addition, children should participate in muscle-strengthening and bone-strengthening activities at least three days a week.

At Kids Action Fitness we offer the solution.  We have a variety of cardiovascular  fitness equipment and a complete strength training circuit… and the kids love it.


Kids circuite training @ KAFCircuit Training: Children will alternate between circuit weight equipment and cardiovascular equipment. If there is a large number of children participating in class they will be divided and will do separate circuits.

 

At the end of each circuit class the children will be taught a healthy choices lesson. (Some equipment orientation maybe required)

 


 

Open Time / Family Time

 

Open time is a supervised time for children to experience Kids Action Fitness and all of its equipment at their own pace. This is also a time for kids and their families to enjoy working out together.

 

At Kids Action Fitness we offer a range of fun, interactive stations for kids to enjoy no matter what their fitness level.

 

We offer “Dance Dance” Revolution, X Boards, Climbing Wall, Vertical Jump Trainer, Xavix, Kids Training Circuit, The “3 Kick”, Skate/Snow Boarding, Wii Fun and Fitness.

Kids Action Fitness is a structured fitness center designed for kids, age 6-14 years old. Kids Action Fitness should not be considered as Day Care. The time limit for kids to be in Kids Action Fitness is 2 1/2 hours. If leaving the premises, please let a coach know, as we like to have a phone number handy in case of emergency. We invite your family to stop by and participate with your kids.
